This page contains Pax and Lucy, LLC terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions and policies carefully before ordering any Pax and Lucy product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the information below.

The price of the product is that set at the date on which you place your order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Please note that additional charges may occur after checkout for orders outside of the US where additional taxes and duties may apply. The customer is solely responsible for these charges.

Please allow for extended delivery times due to COVID-19.

We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event that shipping charges are too costly.

RETURN POLICY:

We always hope you love everything you order, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return anything, except for FINAL SALE items, that you purchased from www.paxandlucy.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

Please email info@paxandlucy.com with the subject "RETURN" and your order number to receive your return shipping label.

We process returns within 2 week of receiving the package. Please keep the tracking info of your returned package.

For international returns from outside the US, the customer will be responsible for the return fees.

Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

If you purchased from a third party vendor, like a local boutique, the customer must return the product to that store, according to their return/exchange policy. 

In the event a product is sold out, Pax and Lucy has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order.  If the entire order is sold out, Pax and Lucy has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. 

Should your package be returned to us by the postal carrier for any reason we will cancel the order and a full refund will be provided. Examples include, but are not limited to, incorrect address, unable to deliver, abandoned parcel, etc.

FABRIC CLEANING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Pax and Lucy fabrics are 95% Tencel Modal and 5% spandex. We recommend washing with a gentle cleaner, wash on cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and do not bleach. Pax and Lucy is not responsible for damage that may occur during your washing/drying routine or stain removal.

Please note that colors may vary from how they appear on a computer or smartphone screen.

Pax and Lucy is not responsible for any injuries or death that may occur while using any of our products. Please use common sense and follow safe sleep guidelines before and while using any of our products. If you see any defects or abnormal wear and tear, please inform us immediately at info@paxandlucy.com with the subject "DEFECT".

Pax and Lucy is currently compliant with The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
